Van hits LYNX bus in Orlando

According to the report of MyNews13.com a van struck a LYNX bus in Orange County, south of downtown Orlando. Seven people have been taken to area hospitals.

Five people were transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center, and two others were taken to the Osceola Regional Medical Center's Hunter's Creek ER, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Two more people were checked out at the scene but not transported.


None of the nine patients had life-threatening injuries, FHP said.


The cause of the crash, and the condition of the occupant or occupants of the black van that struck the bus, were not immediately released.
