Immediately, go to the doctor and do not miss any appointments.
You will lose your case if you do not go to doctor. This is because the other side uses the number of times you went to the doctor (and the number of times you were absent) to determine whether you were really hurt (and whether you should be paid for your injuries). So, immediately go to the doctor. Do not delay. Do not miss any doctor appointments. Remember, the other side is going to get all of your medical records. So, if you do not go to the doctor, the other side will find out. Then, the other side will use your "failure" to go to the doctor to prove that you were not really hurt, and for that reason, will not offer you payment for your injuries. Further, in most cases, your doctors' medical records are the only evidence of your injuries available to your lawyer to win your case. So, if you do not go to the doctor, no medical records (no evidence) will be generated for your lawyer to use to win your case. Without any evidence of your injuries, you will lose your case, even if you believe you have a good excuse for failing to go to the doctor (and for failing to have any evidence of your injuries). Going to the doctor alone does not necessarily guarantee that you will win your case. But, failing to go to the doctor alone will guarantee that you will lose it!
