Immediately, gather and bring all papers to us.

If, and only if, you already have papers at home that relate to your case (such as medical bills and records, police reports, insurance cards, insurance papers and letters), immediately gather all of them, and mail or bring them to us.  You do not need to go elsewhere to obtain papers from others that you never received.  We will do that.  As you receive new papers that relate to your case (regardless of where they came from), immediately mail or bring all of them to us, and continue doing so until your case is closed.  Do not delay.  Do not leave any papers out.  Papers that we do not know about are legal time bombs.
