How Long It Takes To Get "No-Fault" (P.I.P.) Benefits (Such As Lost Wages, Reimbursement Of Prescription Medicine Receipts, Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Regular Yard Work And Regular House Work, And Mileage Allowance For Your Medical Travel)

If you are eligible to receive "No-Fault" (P.I.P.) benefits, you will receive "No-Fault" (P.I.P.) benefits (such as lost wages) in about thirty days (or less) after the correct (arbitrarily- predetermined) auto insurance company receives all of the required papers properly filled out and signed where applicable (See paragraphs 11-15 above), or you may sue the correct auto insurance company to collect your benefits. You do not pay attorney fees or legal costs if your lawyer files a lawsuit against the insurance company to collect your "No-Fault"(P.I.P.) benefits for you.
