You Must Cooperate With Paperwork In The "Sale" Of Your Vehicle.

Once the value ("price") of your vehicle is determined (usually by the "appraisal" and "market survey"), you should cooperate with the insurance company in its efforts to buy your vehicle from you, including signing all papers (accept a "release") that are necessary to transfer your ownership of the destroyed vehicle to the insurance company (bill of sale, power of attorney, title, etc.).  If you have questions about the papers that the insurance company is asking you to sign, check with us.
