The Requirement That You Have A Credit Card To Rent A Vehicle.

Enterprise (like all vehicle rental agencies) will probably require a credit card for a "security deposit".  The credit card does not need to be yours.  It can be a friend's or relative's credit card.  We cannot force Enterprise (or any other vehicle rental company) to do business with you if you do not have access to a credit card.  (The requirement that you have a credit card to get a rental vehicle is a business policy of the vehicle rental agency, and has nothing to do with auto insurance companies or with vehicle accident laws).
