It Is Your Job To Coordinate All Regular Non-Auto Medical Insurance Benefits (Including Workers' Compensation).
If you were hurt on the job, read paragraph #10. While we coordinate and maximize any available auto insurance medical benefits for you, it is your job to coordinate and maximize all other (non-auto) insurance and governmental benefits (medical, disability, or otherwise) you may have, including workers' compensation. Our only contact with your regular (non-auto) medical insurance company (or the government agency from which you obtained medical benefits) is to pay them back out of your share of any settlement money you might get at the very end of your case. If you are having problems with your regular (non-auto) medical insurance company or governmental agency from which you wish to "borrow" money to pay your medical bills, make an office appointment with your lawyer at the office while there is still time for us to fix the problems. If you do not make an appointment with us at our office and explain the problem to us in person, we will assume everything is O.K. with your regular (non-auto) medical insurance or governmental benefits, and we will not take any action.
