Who settles my case?

You do.  We will not, and indeed can not settle your case on our own.  Only you (and you alone) have the legal authority to settle your case (because you alone must sign the legal papers necessary to settle your case).  Of course, we will give you our guidance and advice, and we will show you how much money other injured victims with similar injuries are winning (or losing) in court.
