You have the right to demand the amount of money that the "market survey" shows your vehicle is really worth. But, demanding more
money for the "total loss" (sale) of your vehicle than the computer
"market survey" shows your vehicle is really worth is usually a waste
of time and usually only delays the vehicle claim. If you sue over
your "total loss" (sale) claim, you will still only "win" the amounts
described above in paragraphs 33(a),(b) and (c) above (not more), minus
attorney fees and costs (so you would actually get even less). There
are also limits on filing lawsuits on vehicle claims in the first
place. This is explained in Paragraph 56.
