About The Payment For Loss Of Value Of Your Properly Repaired Vehicle.
If your vehicle was not involved in the accident, or if your
vehicle was a "total loss" (sold), then skip this entire paragraph

wrecked vehicle, even one that has been properly (even perfectly) repaired,
is still worth less money than it was worth before the collision
(because, after repairs, it is a "repaired wreck"). You are entitled to

and Treasurer Dec. 16, 1996. So, if your vehicle was repaired,
then take the "loss-of-value" form (that we gave you) to a person with
knowledge and experience in the used vehicle business, have the person
fill out and sign the form (in the presence of a notary), and mail it
to the insurance company representative for the other side (only) who
is handling "property damage". If you do not know someone in
