After the amount of benefits due exceed any deductible amount that might apply (usually $1,000.00), No-Fault" (P.I.P.) auto insurance pays the four expenses on the list below up to a limit of $10,000.00:

1. 80% of all medical bills (of the injured person only);
2. 60% of all wages (of the injured person only) that are lost during the same days that the injured person is under a doctor's written orders to stay "off-the-job"not by "lost wages". This is so even if your transportation problems are what actually kept you from going to work);

   because of auto accident injuries. (Contrary to what most clients believe, you are not eligible for lost wages because your vehicle was damaged or destroyed in the accident or because you had rental-vehicle problems. Instead, your eligibility to receive lost wages is determined solely by whether your doctor orders you off-the-job in writing. Transportation problems are handled by a transportation solution (such as a rental car or payment for losing the use of your vehicle during repairs),

3. In certain central Florida counties (see paragraph 14), a medical travel allowance (of the injured person) at a certain arbitrary amount per mile for trips to and from the doctor, pharmacy, or to physical therapy (no matter what the actual costs of transportation are); and
4. 100% of the costs of all regular yard work and regular house work that the injured person had always done before the accident, but which, due to auto accident injuries, the injured person was forced to hire other people to do during the same days that the injured person was under a doctor's written orders to stay "off-the-job" (home or office, or both).
